Rent Research

I am currently working in a real estate project looking to rent a place and I need an assistant to find it for me. The place must meet ALL of the following requirements: - It must be available to move in starting on April 15th. - It must be located in South Miami Beach (Florida, USA). - It must have 2 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. - The monthly rent can be of up to USD$2,200.00 (if it includes utilities bills, it can be up to USD$2,300.00). - The owner/realtor must agree by contract to let me sub-rent each bedroom to up to 4 people that will live there permanently (we won’t use Airbnb). - The lease contract must be for at least 1 year. - The place must not require households to fill an application to move in. Requirements for applicants: - Fluent English (spoken and written). Here are some suggestion of websites to approach the research: Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Trulia, HotPads, PadMapper and Zillow. A USA phone number may be needed and I can provide it if necessary (through voice over IP system). Owners/realtors are used to renting places to people who intend to live there, without any business purposes, what makes this task more challenging. To find the right places, it will be necessary to negotiate with them. You will have to provide me with the necessary information to contact the owner/realtor of each place. I will contact them to go and see these places. The project ends when you find at least 5 places as described above and after I close a deal with one of them. We are looking to find someone motivated willing to work in the long-term since we do real estate projects frequently and there will be plenty of working opportunities in the future if the freelance does an exceptional job.
