Please take a look at the accompanying files (Zipped). There are (3) primary Tabs in each file. The 1st Tab (State Info) shows:
State / Territory
Community Health Centers / Primary Care Association for that particular State / Territory
URL link to website of the Association
URL link to website of the Broad of Directors for the Association
URL link to website of the Leadership Team for the Association
The 2nd Tab (Association Board), is where we need a comprehensive listing of all of the Broad of Directors for the Association.
The 3rd Tab (Association Leadership), is where we need a comprehensive listing of all of the Executive Leadership / Management Team Members (Decision Makers, see accompanying “title” list) for the Association.
The 4th Tab (Sheet1) is nothing more than a place to drop Association Team Members that are NOT part of the Executive Leadership / Management Team (Decision Makers).
The intent of this project is to compile a comprehensive but ACCURATE list of Board Members as well as Executive Leadership / Management Team (Decision Makers) for each respective Community Health Centers / Primary Care Center Association, within each State / Territory across the United States.
Note: We DO NOT need every single title that you may find for the Community Health Centers / Primary Health Care Centers. ONLY the Decision Makers, such as those listed above.
We need assistance compiling data into an Excel spreadsheet for each respective Association / State. The data needs to be pulled off of (copied-and-pasted) from websites and/or Google searches, as listed and instructed below.
The attached files have already been started, but we need assistance completing them, as well as cleaning them of inaccurate data..
This project is (3) fold:
1) Of the provided files with this posting we first need to confirm that the Board of Directors for each of the Associations is as complete and comprehensive as possible within the 2nd Tab (Association Board). While many of these Tabs do have Board Members listed, we need to make sure that we have compiled as much contact info is possible. Most of the fields that are void of this info are highlighted in “yellow”.
2) After confirming that we’ve captured and listed all possible Board of Directors Members on the 2nd Tab of each of the respective Association / State files; we then need to search wherever necessary to find the appropriate Executive Leadership / Management Team (Decision Makers, see accompanying “title” list) for each of the respective Association (websites, Google, etc., etc.) on the 3rd Tab (Association Leadership).
3) Third, upon confirming that we have a completed listing of all possible Executive Leadership / Management Team (Decision Makers, see accompanying “title” list) for each of the respective Associations, within in every State / Territory; we then need to confirming that we have ACCURATE title, email address and phone# information for each respective Executive Leadership / Management Team Member (Decision Maker) for each of the respective Associations. While most of these Tabs do have Executive Leadership / Management Team Members (Decision Makers) listed, some of this information is inaccurate. The “titles” in particular for some of those listed is NOT correct. We therefore need to confirm the “title” of each contact listed on the 3rd Tab, to confirm that it is accurate, and if it matches any of the Decision Makers “titles” within the accompanying “title” list. If not, that specific contact needs to be moved to the 4th Tab (Sheet1).

I actually did a similar kind of project in my earlier company & it was completely a lead generation work for marketing purpose.
I hold a B.Sc. first class degree & currently working in an MNC that handles US Healthcare process. The process involves handling a team of 23 agents that includes their performance monitoring & improvement if necessary through several activities, client interactions based of process every day through email, weekly twice performance based client calls, several report generation work in excel & performance based power point presentations building, MIS report preparation & several other day to day activities.
Now, reading your job post, I came to a conclusion that I should write you something about this. Please see below.-
