• Database configuration • SendGrid Configuration o Initial setup and creation of SendGrid templates for customer e-mail confirmation of order and lab results • Buy now button integration into existing system o Integration into ship station • Order Form o The order form will be for a single product, but will allow multiple kits to be purchased for a family. Each kit will generate a unique ID that will be used for tracking lab results. The form will require the user to provide a name, e-mail, and payment method (CC via PayPal). Shipping cost is already factored into the kit price. If more than one kit is being purchased on the transaction, the user will be notified that results will be deliver to the single e-mail address provided in the order. Upon submission, the order details will be stored in the database and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the customer with next steps (including estimated ship time of 5-7 days) and that return labels will be provided to send the samples back. • PayPal integration • FedEx integration o During submission, a unique ID will be generated for each kit in the order. A separate FedEx entry will be placed in the system using ship station API for the unique ID, Weight (all kits are the same weight – 3lbs) and e-mail address (one for all) for each kit. When the kit (s) are shipped to the customer, Ship Station will automatically provide shipping and tracking information to the customer based on data that was added. • Lab Results o Development of an administrative page to allow McCaffrey to upload PDF lab results when they come back. This will associate the results with the customer information provided during sign-up. Once uploaded, a send customer link is provided that will send an e-mail to the customer that their results are available. The e-mail will also contain a link and a unique code that we generate to access all of the associated lab result PDFs associated with the order. The download link is unique per order and can only be accessed with the code. The download link will automatically expire after x days. • Design laboratory results page o Integrating or building in WordPress (this is where 2 other laboratory results pages already exist).
