Guten Tag! Could You provide a little more information on the dataset? Or preferably show a few rows, obviously anonymized? It could give me a better grasp on the data and what could be achieved. At least variables' names maybe? What I could do is identifying groups of your users/customers which are not obvious to spot, describing your dataset using graphs (it would be easy to compare the graphs when You rerun the scripts) and do some modelling - but to tell You more about that pary i would need to see more data or learn more about your needs.
