FileMaker Pro Database Layout & Script

The following 2 Items are needed and can probably be completed by an experienced database designer in 1 hour. I am looking for the following.

You define the structure of the database and the primary keys and setup the basic databases and send to me the files with the relationships as needed. The databases will have no data and very limited fields. I understand the basic of database design but I am struggling with the Primary keys and the design. I can add additional field on my own.

A simple script that can be run to take a file based on sales record and uploaded into the inventory database to update inventory appropriately.

Background: I run an online business where we buy inventory at Auctions. So the structure of the process is a little different from the traditional business model for retail.

AuctionDBase = An auction consists of a Date for the Auction and a number of Lots that are sold as part of that auction. Example 1/1/16 Auction will have lots 1-200 and Auction on 1/5//16 will have lots 1-250. I need to be able to find Items based on the Auction Date and Lot Number combination. This table will have many auction dates and many lot numbers associated with a Auction date. I believe this needs to be a primary key for the table.

ProductDbase = This database will contain the key details of the products that I purchase at Auction. It will be very simply based on the product UPC code which is a unique identifier that is 12 numbers. It will also have a unique SKU number. The table will have fields such as style, color, size and other information which i can add later. The key is that the table will hold multiple products (UPC CODES). However, there will only be one record for any single UPC making the UPC code the Unique field in the database. This field will be used in view and other tables through the entire solution so it needs to be able to be searched and data pull from it on a regular basis.

AuctionPreviewDbase = This database is used to analyze items to be considered for purchase prior to the auction. Data entered into this database will be pulled from The AuctionDbase and the Product Dbase along with other fields being entered as well through a Layout. The layout will need to allow for the Auction Date and Lot Number to be selected by the user from the Auction Dbase and the product information to be populated by selecting from the Productdbase. the other information such as quantity and price will be entered by the user.

InventoryDbase = Very simple database that will contain UPC, SKU, quantity purchased, Date purchased, quantity on hand, Unit cost, total cost, auction date and auction lot.

OrderDbase = Database that will be based on a unique orderid. The database will have orderID,order amount, order date, SKU, UPC, order quantity, order price, and total price. This database will be populated once a day based on a script (Requirement2) that will used a excel file that is downloaded from another system. Each record of this file needs to be uploaded to the database without any duplicate records. This will be done once a day. When this file is uploaded, it needs to automatically update the Inventory base removing the items that were sold for that day.
