online shop

I'm setting up an online shop to sell personalised greetings cards and gifts. I need a shopping cart that allows the option to send items within the order to different recipients i.e. different addresses. So a customer could order several cards for different people all within the same cart/checkout procedure with just one payment. And if customers have an account then their recipient addresses will be stored and available to select in the future to help make purchases quick and easy. The shop must also have extra fields available for input for most of the items on sale. So a standard item will usually have the following options: 1. item size 2. personalised message 3. date to be opened 4. recipient name and address. (if the buyer has an account this will be on a dropdown list of their saved addresses). Some items will also have additional fields: personalised name and/or age. And some items will need the option to upload a photo file. Standard options like the ability to offer a voucher/discount code, variable shipping costs with the ability to offer free/discounted shipping for quantities, admin section to process orders and view/process client info and offer incentives etc. I'll design the rest of the site myself within rapidweaver, so need a quote just for the shopping cart and database integration please.
