Looking for a pre-paid pr. project editor

I am looking for an experienced editor to work on short-form content projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in editing various types of content such as books, articles, and website content. Specific editing style will depend on the client's needs, so flexibility is key. Projects will typically involve editing videos up to 60 seconds in length. Attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines are crucial for this role. Skills and Experience: - Strong editing skills for short-form content - Proficiency in editing books, articles, and website content - Familiarity with different editing styles such as APA, MLA, and Chicago - Ability to work on projects with varying page/word counts - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. I run a short-format content agency called Behnke Strategies, that edits videos for coaches with a sub-niche of performance and financial coaches. I am looking for someone who can be my full-time editor for the next 6-12 months with the possibility of consistent pay raises when the agency experiences growth. You will be paid 5-7 USD for every video-edit. The process is super streamlined. All videos are tailored by me -> you get the raw footage, edit it and upload the edited videos in a separate folder. I expect a simple thumbnail that fits the ratio 1:1 on Instagram feed. All videos should be edited in 9/16 format for fullscreen experiences on IG Reels + TikTok.
