Spectrum analyser module for Android using bluetooth

Hi all , from the project name , what Need is following Small module with internal battery will work as Spectrum analyzer, Scan from 1 Khz to 2 Ghz with Bluetooth connectivity to connect the module to the Android application through Bluetooth to show spectrum analyzer data in real time with other information in the screen . I need the PCB to look nice , perfect design , lowest noise doe the spectrum analyzer when the project finish I need from the freelancer to deliver the following : - 1- PHYSICAL Prototype board for the module 2- The android application with full code to obtimize. 3- PCB schematic 4- code for the module 5- full code for android application .. the freelancer should now , I will have full Property of the project and he can not shared with any one .. please only for serious engineer , please paid .. and I am ready for any question regards
