Electronics R&D Research Assistant

I need a Research Assistant for current client projects we are working on for adhoc at-call research assistant during AEST work hours.
Altium Experiance is reuired.
Specific details will be provide to those that pass some trivial research tests and sign an NDA.
I am not here to spoonfeed you and answer your questions, It is YOUR job to provide answers to my questions. I expect you to have a minimum level of an Electronics Engineering Degree, and to communicate on a professional Engineering level. Cut/paste google answers of research will be unacceptable as any child can do that. You need to be able to UNDERSTAND engineering design concepts & limitations, analyse datasheets and provide quality engineering support to a extremely high professional level to a very fussy pedantic perfectionist of an electronics engineer (ME !!) IE, you need to have finite attention to detail, and provide multiple suggestions and alternatives., and be willing to learn... You will be given an research 'sub-projects' and you are expected to provide complete working solutionS* ( ie, more than 1 ), including IC numbers, copies of datahseets, URL's of where datasheets came from, and a general design overview, and professional layout of schematic in ALTIUM, with correct BoM and part number details. *IF* you are capable, I *may* let you become involved in part of the actual PCB layout...
You will be expected to sign an commit to an NDA, and be available via skype during AEST work hours, for upto 20-40 hrs per week. When given a 'project' you will need to immediately and tirelessly research the project/question and provide all answers unit the sub-project is completed, and *DELIVERED* as a matter of URGENCY. You will be paid on research work *DELIVERED* not on endless hours or web browsing for a pdf datasheet reposts. If you don't deliver, and dont keep my informed *on the hour every hour of your progress, you wont be paid for that hour... I may get you to install a random screen capture program that updates me *randomly* on your research...
Also, tell me of what you have designed, and what qualities you have that will make you a good assistant to me.
Provide me with a '*complete* Altium project folder' that you can share that you are proud of developing. I am looking for someone that has a passion of electronics, not just an engineer that wanst a day job. single Altium sch and or PCB file are also acceptable, I want to review your skills and experiance inALtium, as well as your ability to "DEVELOP" and *DOCUMENT* in an R&D environment.
This is a job interview, not a project post !! Treat it like one. I will choose the most suitable, not the cheapest, not the prettiest, but someone who can provide RESULTS in a professional manner.
