Hi, Let me throw my hat in the ring too. I have recently completed a number of high power 3-channel and 9-channel LED light designs for assorted towing emergency light equipment company in Kentucky. In short, very similar to what you describe here. Don't know if that fits your bill. I do my PCB's in Altium Designer, same as my day job. Bid you maximum and 7 days but it all depends on the actual situation. If simple design, I am flexible.
