I am looking for a B2B Email Deliverability Expert Consultant to help me improve the overall email health of my business, fraud.net. Reference: Hubspot's Email Health Score for our marketing emails is currently 4/10 Project Scope: - I am seeking improvements to my current email setup rather than a complete overhaul. - The primary goal is to improve the overall performance of my email system. - Review of current processes with Comparison to Best Practices and Industry Benchmarks. - Recommendations for changes based on systems and email goals (see below). - We send from multiple systems: Gmail/Google Workspace, Hubspot, Keap - We send for various goals: Cold lead contacting, warm lead nurturing, customer communications, corporate communications. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in improving email deliverability rates for B2B businesses. - Strong knowledge of email systems and best practices. - Experience in optimizing email deliverability, increasing open rates, and decreasing bounce rates. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot email deliverability issues. - Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). - Knowledge of Google/Yahoo's 2024 plans to reduce spam - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with my team. Hi, Your open rate is already very good but click through rate is less than the expected which you can only improve in one of the two ways - either your copywriting needs to be improved which is not my section (I can only recommend several adjustments from Content Best Practices after testing your content and subject lines, links inside the content, design of the templates etc.) or overall Inbox deliverability to all major 4 ISPs' landing side (Your userbase is from Business domains and most of those are hosted with either Google or Outlook platforms and some of those are their own SMTP servers) but hopefully if the 4 major ISPs are placing your emails into their inboxes, then those will also do the same. Again, since your open rate is very nice, there is a possibility that most of out of these 4 ISPs are actually placing emails in their inboxes and thats why Open Rate is very nice. You can first check with September content or alike and verify how that change your click rate - if better, then this is only your copywriting materials which must be improved.
