I am trying to convert an electric scooter into a series hybrid scooter. I have a 24V, 500W motor connected to the wheels. A 24V battery and an engine generator which gives me an AC output 120V. I need a circuit that can do following things 1. When I turn on the engine generator, it should charge the battery at a constant power. 2. The battery should be able to provide the power to the motor as per the demand by the motor while being charged with the generator. 3. The electrical controller of the Razor Pocket Mod which I recently bought, does not allow me charge and drive the vehicle at the same time.
