I need someone to design and build an overhead stirrer or an agitator that goes rather slow (I'm thinking 30-60 RPM) and that can agitate up to 3L of liquid that includes some solids that can't be damaged, cut, or dented. The stirrer needs to be able to last for +2 hours. I intend on mixing a solution of pickling lime in a container that includes various types of fruits, and I want to avoid as much damage to the fruits as possible. It could be an overhead stirrer or a simple agitator that moves the entire container. I plan on using containers that are 8-12 inches wide, with varying heights.
