Odoo customization for Process Automation and Workflow - Cars Shipping Applications and Website for PC and Phones -- 2

Hello everyone, You will need to make a website and a phone application for me for my team and customers to access the applications you make with Odoo. We ship cars and we currently use Zoho creator for inventory management, we also use zoho for billing, CRM and almost everything else. Zoho is primitive and doesn't have strong automation and workflow. I need to move to Odoo and customize their applications to fit my business processes and specific operations. lots of customization, but should be easy for you if you work with Odoo and know Python. Business processes and workflow should be the cornerstone of this application. I do not want any random work done by anyone in my team, everyone needs to follow pre-determined work flow. for example, accountant can not send invoice to customer if car is not shipped yet. For important decisions, like if an employee wants to release shipments to customers without receiving shipping fees, It must be approved by manager first. You get my point, I want to have full control and logical workflow to avoid human errors. Also, I need the system to make daily reports, such as how many shipments each employee worked on, how many invoices each employee reviewed ..etc System should send alerts if there is any risky situation, such as delay in shipping, delay in payments, when customers have a very large balance of unpaid invoices...etc By automation i mean using API to import data, using RPA to perform repetitive tasks, using bots for chat if customers as common questions about order status. Example of automations include the following: 1-using API to import info of purchased cars from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 2- automatically updating containers tracking information in Odoo from shipping lines like CMA-CGM. 3-Automatically billing customers when cargo is shipped, 4-automatically input cars make model and year using VIN decoder, 5-automatically giving estimates to customers based on pre-entered data of shipping cost, 6-automatically creating loading/packaging plans based on the sizes of the cars (usually 4 medium cars fit a 40 HC container), 7-automatically creating shipping documents that we need to submit to customs and shipping lines (Bill of ladings, Dock recipients, Letters..etc), 8-automatically archive documents we receive by email. For example automatically add bills to accounts payable once received by email, 9-automatically sends followup emails and texts messages if there is a delay in shipments or any trigger I want to include in the work flow. Employees will have different levels of access and restrictions where they only access what I allow them to access.
