Use Excel data to find files on local drive

I have an Excel spreadsheet with 7 columns. In column 1, the 14 digit character "20121234554321" is part of a file name that should be located on my computer's hard drive. Column 6 is a date field "06/11/2012". The files that I need to locate are named as follows: "column 1"(space)"NOS"(space)"column 6" (no slashes, dashes..." or "20121234554321 NOS [login to view URL]". I want the macro or script to take the data from the two columns, conduct a search of a selected drive, folder, subfolder...and return two results. First result a list of the files not found and secondly, copy the found files to a created folder on the desktop. I have attached a sample spreadsheet. The files that I am looking for are all pdf files. The macro or script should be portable, meaning that I can use it on future spreadsheets that have the same format as the sample. Time is critical.
