Hi, I'm looking for someone to help me automate a process in Google Spreadsheets. I want to tick a checkbox in a specific column and, after it is checked, copy information from that specific row to 3 different spreadsheets I have on specific columns and rows. Those spreadsheets are similar, and I normally copy and paste across them, but I think it's time to automate it, to copy everything as soon as I tick the checkbox. And when the information is copied to the other spreadsheets, it must automatically check other boxes from the 1st spreadsheet but in different columns. Don't worry. I can send you an explanation on a document with screenshots, or if you prefer, I can record a quick video showing you exactly the process so that you can replicate it on the script. I did some research, and it seems this can be done using Google Apps Script. I have a script and some instructions I haven't used until now, which you can consider as a reference for this particular job. Deliverables are: - The exact code that needs to be implemented. - Install the code and set up everything in my Google Docs account. - And to test it out, to make sure when I tick the checkbox, everything else is being filled out and ticked automatically. If this is something you can do, send me your proposal. This must be done specifically with Google Spreadsheet, not any other platform. Looking forward to receiving proposals.
