We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual to conduct research on all available company secretaries in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The primary objective of this role is to compile a comprehensive list of company secretaries, ranked from the best-rated to the lowest, and gather relevant information about their services. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for contacting these agencies to inquire about the availability of existing private limited companies for purchase and their interest in working with clients in the bitcoin and crypto niche. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research to identify and compile a list of company secretaries in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. • Rank the company secretaries based on their ratings and other relevant factors, such as customer reviews and industry reputation. • Collect and organize the data in an Excel spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Initiate contact with the identified company secretaries via WhatsApp or email, inquiring about the availability of existing private limited companies for purchase. • Assess the interest of the company secretaries in working with clients in the bitcoin and crypto niche, and document their responses. • Maintain clear and concise records of all communication and responses received from the company secretaries. Requirements: • Strong research skills and the ability to gather information from various sources. • Proficiency in using Excel or similar spreadsheet software to organize and analyze data. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor. • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records. • Familiarity with the company secretarial services industry in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur would be an advantage.
