General info:
I sell products through various ecommerce channels. Website, amazon, bolcom and etsy are the most important.
I would like to get a better overview of my administration by using an extensive excel spreadsheet file with possible macros and graphs.
Please see examples. Overview per platform, per month, numbers. but also costs, shipping costs, platform (sales) costs and purchasing.
These are the most important indicators in my buying/selling process, I have unique products that make marketing costs less than 5% of my turnover. per day, per month, per platform etc I want to see this.
Business info:
I sell felt pennants that are sent around the world by letter post. These are custom made with different designs that I design myself. Think of a football team, and then different designs for each team. I can also have different products per team.(Think of ice hockey pucks, pennants, flags, or metal license plates for example).
I have less than 5 different types of products. Pennants, wall decor license plates, NHL Pucks, NFL helmets, Flags.
Details:
Currently I have 1 overview tab with everything, which gets more and more undoable. I lose a lot of time administrating my deals, stock, and income per platform/product etc. Goal is to automate this more and get a better overview of purchasing costs and postage costs(my 2 biggest costs).
Also to get a better overview per platform and per product in maybe dashboards or simple graphs. Showing per product, per productgroup per month or so.
Solution:
Looking for a solution that can help me centralize all my streams of income (amazon, bolcom, webshop tec.) in 1 excel file and monitor everything here. Get an overview of my purchasing costs, postage costs, income per stream, per product etc. So I can better steer my business to be more effective cost wise and revenue wise.
Can be done in gdocs or excel. Would like to get insights via KPIs or indicators in graphs (like power Bi for example).
If done well there will be more work in the future, hopefully towards a longterm partnership!
Language can be dutch or English.
