Order gps coordinates for routing prefer excel/access/vba formula

I can do the job. My pricing is considering you need to order your coordinates in a map search fashion where the order must be compatible with real street routes. The other possible alternative is that you just want the shortest straight lines connecting all the coordinates, this case is much simpler. If so I would adjust my bid to 60 USD.
