We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your cold calling expertise to identify and connect with real estate brokers who specialize in off-market properties with strong cash flow potential. You will build rapport, gather information, and ultimately secure off-market deals that meet our investment criteria. Responsibilities: -Utilize honed cold calling skills to engage with real estate brokers across local regions and property types. -Qualify and build relationships with identified brokers, demonstrating strong communication and active listening skills. -Proactively research and maintain an understanding of market trends and off-market opportunities. -Gather comprehensive information on potential properties, including financial details, occupancy rates, and property condition. -Schedule and conduct productive conversations with brokers, skillfully navigating objections and showcasing the value proposition of working with our company. -Follow up consistently to maintain ongoing relationships with brokers and generate a steady pipeline of potential deals. -Assist with due diligence processes for shortlisted properties, gathering necessary documentation and facilitating communication with relevant parties. -Maintain accurate records of all interactions and property details within our CRM system. Qualifications: -Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a cold calling role, ideally within the real estate industry. -Proven track record of exceeding call targets and securing appointments with decision-makers. -Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust rapidly. -Strong understanding of real estate terminology, investment principles, and property valuation techniques (a plus). -Proficient in CRM software and a quick learner of new technologies. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. -Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
