We are a real estate brokerage in need of a dynamic spreadsheet for our agents. The spreadsheet will reverse engineer how many deals are needed to get to gross income > net income. The agent will be able to change average sale price, commission and desired net income. There will also be a separate calculation for all deals greater than 50 nested within the spreadsheet that is dependant on the variables within the spreadsheet. With thanks
