Expert Laravel Nova Developer - Form Selection Help

Hello - looking for some quick help you wont get access to code I'm using Laravel nova for the first time and I want to dynamically on the form get the wing/zones assigned to the "Facility" when a facility is selected. For instance in the screenshot [login to view URL] Hagan Care Bunbury has been assigned Block A and Block be Wings/Zone but other wings display when I select Hagan Care Bunbury in the first value - i just want the relevant wings/zones to show.
