With my experience, I've been a virtual assistant/data entry assistant/web researcher before where I was assigned in doing inbound and outbound calls. I was also able to do typist, doing paper works, inputting data into excel, researching, telemarketing and up selling as well. I am experienced enough in handling simultaneous phone calls with a good and quality customer service enhance my capability in communicating different kind of people. So I am confident that I can perform efficiently. Satisfying my Client and learning new things are my goal in working.
