Write a plan for a Product Launch

I am looking for someone to put together a Product Launch / new company Introduction plan. The Product will be a Premium beer and it will be a new product in the country it will be sold in. It will not be sold to Bars / Clubs initially but instead I am aiming for the Retail / Off Licence trade. Also bear in mind that the company (mine) is currently unknown so it will be a dual company / product introduction. I need ideas on how to introduce the company and product and perhaps ways of advertising via social networking sites.
