Calculate the cost of capital for both debt and equity for each company and therefore the WACC for each firm. For cost of equity use the CAPM model with risk-free rate @ 6.5% (Rf) and market returns (Rm) @ 13% (Beta to be calculated vs the NIFTY 500 Index using weekly stock and index prices for past 5-years). 4. Calculate, analyse and compare and comment on the working capital & cash conversion cycles for each year. 5. Compare the outcomes across the 5 companies and identify the reasons for differences with specific regard to the capital structure of each firm. 6. Analyse the economic value added (EVA) by the firm each year in the last five years (i.e. FY19, FY20, FY21, FY22 and FY23). Comment on the trends in the EVA of the Birla group firm and the results of the comparison vs its 3 peers (comparison to be done for each year separately not just average of the 5-years).
