IceCast AAC+ Web Flash Player

I need a streaming Flash media player. The source is a IceCast server playing an AACPlus stream. I need it to show the currently playing track & artist name, as well as album cover art. I also want it to show a song history of the last 5 tracks played. We will design the player and provide you with a PSD to create the player. The player should also take care of a common issue with Flash Media Players i.e. memory leak that causes the player to lock up. We also would like the player to automatically reconnect once we make a switch from a live stream to an on demand/DJ stream. Note, we will need to host the player and will require any source code for the player once it is complete. Also samples of similar players you have built would be greatly appreciated. IMPORTANT – Please note that you will have to show me a working prototype using my stream before I award the bid.
