249628 Landing Page Redesign

I'm looking for someone experienced in making landing pages that sell, look good, and drive conversions, not just any designer. I currently have a landing page and the rough text done and general idea of the layout, I just need a designer to make it look great! Here is my current landing page [login to view URL] The site introduces potential new business partners to ways of making income on the internet. The landing page will be designed to capture contact information of prospects before they view the presentation in an effort to follow up with the prospects by means of auto-responders. I want to keep the image (lady with money) that is currently on the page along with the color scheme. The designed can be changed to designers liking. Modifications: Move image of lady slightly to the right. (I want to have room to put a scroller of previous visitors to the left of the lady's image to similar to this sites scroller – [login to view URL]) My development team put the scroller on the page. I do not need that work done, just enough spacing for it on the updated landing page). Not: The size f lady can be made smaller if need be. The page will have a headline with text that I will provide that will appear in the center top of the landing page. Opt-in form high on the page (right side) Opt-in form will capture the following in separate fields First Name Last Name Email Phone Number Opt-in form will need ‘Eye Candy' as defined in section #4 in the link below. (For the ‘Eye Candy' I would like an image like that says ‘Revolutionary' – like the one found in the intro flash image on the is site [login to view URL] The word revolutionary can even appear on a book cover. I just want something similar). Opt-in form to appear to ‘pop' off the page as seen in #7 page 2 (The Sciatica Page) I want to add audio beneath the form field as well Text Bullet points Maybe flash for the text and bullets if in an effort to animate the landing page Provide proof that any images used are used legally Good communication required Please only bid if you can give me 3 examples of previous landing pages you have made.
