Revamp Real Estate website 2

I have a real estate website - [login to view URL] and I have bought a new website template that has a flash header. I need someone to edit the flash header and add my current contents on the site into the site. This really shouldn't take more than 1 day or 2 the most. The preview of the properties show a bit wide maybe we can do something about that as well. For right now to begin the project, I want the chosen provider to edit the flash links, the homepage and links page. I think for the links page, maybe we can use a open source application I can use to add new links or if you have an open source application to replace the current application that I can use to upload new properties and their description.
