Flash Website

i have a client who wants the following project, please read carefully and bid with a reasonable price, give a room for profit, budget set is a place holder till i get a reasonable quotation from a provider here is the data i collected from my client: 1) The Design should be very professional and attractive 2) simple flash intro of the logo 3) after intro the should be 3 main large buttons in the center of the screen "Profile - Portfolio - Contact" 4) profile will include : information about me and a picture. ( client must be able to change both information and picture through an easy and very simple back-end process) 5) contact will include : same as any other website 6) Portfolio will have some menus like *Commercial *Travel *Miscellaneous *Multimedia (these menus should be changeable and to have the ability to add more or delete some of them through admin panel) 7) each category can have some sub categories for example "Travel ==> India" then you will find the pictures 8) Pictures should be added and deleted through an admin panel 9) pictures can be added to root category or sub category though the admin panel 10) pictures should have a description field for each one of them 11) the website is based on black, and should have creativity design or lines faded in the back, something cool in the design not just plain black background. 12) the main gallery viewing should be something like this: http://www.stevecohenphoto.com/#a=0&at=0&mi=2&pt=1&pi=10000&s=0&p=1 note the images display on the right side, when you hover to the right there is a gallery display, same goes with the description, it should be something at the bottom when you hover over it. 13) image display should be large so the his clients and view it properly and see pictures details 14) the multimedia part will have some videos, my client might use this software to create them [login to view URL] or windows movie maker, something along those lines what i need from your side is a quotation to quote my client, a time frame, some samples to show him, your qualification and capabilities as a flash developers, any spamming will be reported, anyone who wont read the project till the end will be ignores, all un appropriate bids will be ignored Thanks for your time and Good Luck.
