Experienced Programmer & Game Developer for Unreal Engine 4 (UE4)

I'm looking for experienced programmer and/or game developer to build game for laptop or computer. I am not looking to build an app. It would be nice if you have some knowledge about real estate investing. Some knowledge using Excel spreadsheets and working with math formulas would be helpful also. 3D Artwork is complete. I have all the formulas needed for programming.  I need a new programmer to finish game. The game has been partially developed but previous programmer could not finish game due to personal issues. The game has extensive notes written in it, it's straightforward and heavily commented. The game is educational for real estate investors. The game runs for an hour and for all the correct answers the investor accumulates money.  Previous developer has two videos uploaded on YouTube with comments about the game and comments to future developer.
