116374 Tri-Fold Brochure Needed

I am looking for someone to design and apply ad copy to a tri-fold brochure in color both sides. We are a advertising/promotion company, advertising and promoting the following entertainment fields: Singers Models Actors/Actress Bands Dancers We would need a graphic design header for each of the above entertainment feilds along with brief description of benefits that we offer in each feild. We will give you any information that you would need pertaining to the above subjects as to what we do, but you will be required to do your own research and input content into the brochure over and above what we furnish to you. I would like a Word & PDF file format so this brochure could be placed on the internet for downloading and also a format that can be used for the printers to print the brochures for us.
