Need Landing Page designed for a Product

Hi I need a landing page for an Adwords campaign for the product. We need a working contact form to send the leads to our email and also google spreadsheet. This implementation should include: Compelling content for the Product (All the product information will be given, from our side). There are 6 products , which are to be displayed on the page, so it will be like a catalog (but all the details will be displayed on a single page). The landing page is to me customized, as per the linedrawing layout given by us. Mail chimp email is also to be integrated, so that customer gets the confirmation over email. All the bidders have to mandatorily send the example landing pages implementd. Only experienced bidders will be prefereed after seeing the portfolio.
