Design prototype of quotes/inspirational book

I want to publish a book of quotes - see attached word-doc for preview - and need to design a prototype that i either send to publishers or make as a kickstarter. I envision the book as a VISUALLY ENGAGING representation of the quotes, some playful, others serious, some pages have several quotes and illustrations while other pages feature a single one. Perhaps photos is used, perhaps your own drawing, perhaps photomontages, and perhaps each quote have it's own style or maybe the whole book has one single style. Your creative freedom is called for. :-) For now, i ask for an offer for 5 pages, made as a PDF in 300dpi. Page format/size is Your choice. Please send along a short example of previous work - or link to it - and perhaps a mockup of one or two of the attached quotes.
