Comic Style Character

We are looking for a logo with a 3D (like) comic character (It don't have to be a real 3D graphic.). The character should be a friendly, funny, typical mexican with big round head, beard and so on. The character should make an welcoming gesture. Additional a tag line with the website name (use "Small App" as a sample) should be added. The design (font) should fit to the colors and kind of the character. Strong online graphic design background 2. Understanding of character design Graphics has to be provided in raw editable format (Ai or similar) and JPG, PNG (transparent).
