Logo designs for both Minnesota HomeCare Solution, Inc & Minnesota Home Health Nursing Services, Inc.

I apologize to all bidders who previously bid on this project since yesterday. I have to cancel the other project after I have reviewed couple of the mockup logos and found out that it was my mistake not to specify or define my company. am needing someone to design a creative and professional logo for my both of my company names Minnesota HomeCare Solution, Inc. and Minnesota Home Health and Nursing Services, Inc. These are two (2) separate logos. I have no clue of listing any criteria. However, if you can describe your work intention for my logos would be great. This project is very flexible. However, the one for Minnesota HomeCare Solution, Inc. would be done soon enough so that the other company can insert this into my developing website. I also need these for my letterhead/stationary. If you can design and somehow have this in a word ( a sample letter) so I can see how it is would be great! Criteria: The design must portray home health care (medical) where we provide medical services to people at home instead having them live in any institutional places or hospitals/nursing homes. Something not too bold but has the flexibility or flowing style that also portrays the sensitivity, caring, loving, or warmth. (I apologize for my lack of creative terminology here. I can't describe it).
