Hello. I checked the examples you posted. So you want a website that allows people to book a place to stay in basically any city and pay for it directly on the website? For this kind of website I assume you would allow 2 types of users to register: place owners and users that rent these places. It would also require a back end for administration? Of course, we'll need to discuss exactly which features you want to implement, and which one you don't, but my bid is a fair estimation of how long it should take and how much money it should cost.
