Bike Delaware, Inc. wants to create information cards to hand out to bicyclists and motorists with information about the changes passed by the State Legislature to biking and driving laws. I have developed a simple draft, attached, but we are hoping for one that's a little more professional, at minimal cost. (Like most non-profits, money is pretty limited for this sort of thing.) We'd like better graphics and a sharper look. I think we want to stick with the size -- 4 cards per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of card stock. The wording on the attached is near final but may have some minor changes. We'd like the card to be 2-sided as shown in the attached file.
