design and develop a mobile app named "Petomedia"

I need your kind support to design build a new but very simple and easy to use mobile app. It's a social media mobile app for pets. I will be naming it "Petomedia". It's pretty much simple. you can sign up with your facebook account or google account. The app will have to run on IOS and Android. I don't have any designs for the app, so I'm gonna need your creativity and support on that as well. All I have in mind is that this app is going to be very simple, as the user will have an account where he can post all pics and videos for his/her pet and share them and even be able to share them on Facebook through the app. It's somehow like instagram. It doesn't involve any chatting/texting messengers nor comments. Only likes and other reactions like:" HAHA, Lovely, cute, and surprising" and off course with emoji for the mentioned reactions. the user pet can be followed by other users to see lovely moments videos and pics shared by the user of his pet. It's about time our pets get into the social media world using a unique space, "Petomedia". The App of course will do great with your expert advice and kind suggestions, but we should not get diverted from our main goal which is uniqueness of simplicity. it's a pet world, it won't be complicated as people's social media. photos, videos, short profile briefing, profile pic, sharing, likes and reactions, connectivity to facebook. pretty much that's it.
