We need a user interface, done in HTML5 for a webshop that offers TV channels as well as TV channel packages. Navigation through the interface will be done using a remote control on a TV, so it has be controllable with cursor keys and ok button (enter). Each channel (and package) will have a preview video that must be played when the channel (or package) is selected / highlighted. When clicking OK, the user must be able to add the channel to his shopping cart and enter a number of days that he wants to watch it. The user interface should be modern, and easy to use. The channels are different genres and languages, divided in categories. These categories must be selectable using the user interface. Our idea is sort of a 'crosshair' interface, with horizontal and vertically scrolling options. The options could be the channels, represented by a small screenshot with a logo - that changes into the preview video when the channel is selected (see above). Please note: This job is for the user interface design ONLY. The underlying webshop, streaming bits, payment gateway etc. is already finished. HTML5 user interface design only. As a reference we have a user interface design from a similar interface (for on-demand movies and not for channels) available.
