A 1;1 highly personalised exclusive coaching service for top performers in the fields of creative industries, media, public life, sport, industry and other HNWI. Recent and newsworthy examples of people needing this service might include Robbie Williams, Ed Sheeran, Wayne Rooney, Arsene Wenger, other $200m footballers, as well as successful business people and people with inherited wealth. There is a need for the highest quality coaching to support these individuals in handling fame, wealth, wobbles, challenges and generating a new purpose once their original ‘driver’ has been achieved. The service will be exclusive and highly confidential. STAR coaches will be truly experts in their field. All will have extensive experience and coach training; all will also have high Emotional intelligence and psychological training. We will need coaches who respect the clients but not be overawed by them, and we will expect respect from clients in return. We will express that we are unafraid to challenge them and will also be their supporter. We will be careful and selective about the clients we work with and expect such clients will be the same. Thus marketing will ONLY be through word of mouth, direct contacts and via artists agents, HNWI financiers and other select intermediaries where appropriate. We will have high quality business cards which we will hand out sparingly at specific events or to specific ‘stars’ or agents. The cards will be elegant, unfussy and contain a logo and telephone number and possibly a short strap line ( thinking of 'experience success'). We may have a one page website with contact details and short message but very little else. We are aiming to create a sense of cachet and prestige.
