Developer needed to design an app and website with subscriptions to view pdf's in the app.

PLEASE GIVE ME QUOTE FOR WORK AND INCLUDE EXAMPLES FROM PORTFOLIO I'm looking for a designer who can: - Build a website where customers can buy a subscription to view pfd files (in the app) - Build an APP (Android and Apple) to view these files. On the website, the customer will buy a subscription for the files they want, example: subscription for file [login to view URL] 100USD/year Subscription for file [login to view URL] 50USD/year Subscription for file [login to view URL] 75USD/year Once payment is received (either paypall or any payment service that works worldwide) the customer will receive a activation code which is needed in the app. In the appstore, the customer downloads the APP for free Once the customer installs and opens the app, the app will ask for an activation code(s) which will make the files visible with a preprogrammed icon of for example an icon/pictogram of a car which is clickable to view file 1.pfd. A pictogram of a train will open [login to view URL] and the icon of a bike won't be visible or grey since the customer didn't pay for file 3.pdf. (as an example). The files have to be readable when not connected to the internet so should be stored in the app. We do need to update these pdf files monthly so when the app connects to the internet, the files should be updated without interference of the customer. Or maybe a button showing, connect/update for the latest versions. The subscriptions are yearly renewable so when the year has passed, it has to be possible to block the customer from viewing the pdf files. This could be done by putting 100.000 activation codes preset in the app, so it doesn't need a internet connection for it. When the year is over, the app just blocks the relevant pdf due to the activation code expired. Since multiple pdf subscription will be available, we can't block the app, just the file. This is an idea, any other better solution is welcome. A pdf is very easy to copy/email and distributed, so the app has to be a customized PDF reader which only reads our PDF file. Our PDF file should therefor be saved/encrypted in a way that it can only be read by our decrypting APP and not by any acrobat or other pdf reader. The website should have: - section where a customer can leave their email to subscripe to news/updates - section where the customer can select the subscription plans the person wants - payment section which has to work worldwide (Paypall or any other payment service) - FAQ section - News section - After the website has been designed, updating and maintaining it will be done by us. The APP: - should be a customized reader so for that we also need a windows/mac based program which encrypts (not a password, too easy) the pdf file so it's only readably by the de-crypting app. - The app should download the pdf files from the website. We have to be able to change/update the files that the customer downloads. Any ideas which makes the website/app better are welcome. Some have mentioned to make the app a web based app and that's an option, as long as the app works also when the person is offline. At the moment, this is an idea we have and it will depend on the setup costs of the above. So it is not sure yet if this will result in doing the above. Of course, there is much more to chat about, how the website exactly needs to look like and the same for the APP but the above is how it should function and that probably takes most of the time so hopefully is good enough to come up with a quote. We already have a logo so that doesn't need to be designed.
