Eden Building Works

Hello, We are a small business called Eden Building Works - offering plastering work, carpentry, Windows/Doors and brickwork/renovations. We mostly work in peoples homes, so our target audience is homeowners, landlords and also businesses. Im looking for someone to put togther a logo that we can use for everything from signwriting our van to letterhead to embroiding T-shirts, using it for new website etc. I want the logo to get across the idea of a trusted local business offering high quality workmanship and a professional service. I've found some design elements I think might work, saved the pictures and also put some ideas below - I need someone who can blend it/ bring it all together in their own style, im not looking for an exact replication of images but would like it to be based on them. In saying that though, Im not a marketing expert so welcome any suggestions! Design: Image 1 - simple building & tree - this could form the basic premise of the logo. I would want the tree to be an oak, the idea being that it symbolises strength, durability. reliability. We had an idea of the roots of the tree becoming hands that 'hold the house' to get across the idea of your home being in safe hands. Image 2 - a house consisting of 4 shapes with images of different tools in each shape. I've included this as I think its a great way to get across that we are a multi -trade business. Perphaps the house in the logo could look like this or perphaps the house could look like image 1 (image 1) but include a shape on the building (like a window) with 4 sections showing the tools for the different trades. 3 -Image - I think it might be good to incorporate a circle somehow - as it symbolises completedness, the idea being the persons home will be complete with our services. Colour: Some colour in the logo might be good, if it works. The company colours are orange and dark green. What we want to use it for - everything from signwriting our van to letterhead to embroiding T-shirts, using it for new website etc If this is something you are interested in working on, id love to hear from you, please let me know timeframe and your fee.
