Edit Some Car Images for a Video Game

So, we have a project that is in need of a real Photoshop Pro. This is on a tight budget and timeline, so if you aren't prepared to start immediately (literally in hours), then please do not submit a bid. In any event, I have about 60 cars in total that have a 3/4 bird's eye view and a top down view.
For each of these images, I need someone that can essentially "freeze" or "paint" the wheels of the vehicle to reproduce the rims and tires of the car so that the tires don't appear to be in motion. Secondly, the vehicles need to be retouched, in order to remove the translucence of the car windows and make them more solid. Finally, the drop shadows need to be edited to conform to the contours of the car and with a little darkening.
Attached, I have included a sample vehicle that I was working on myself. It shows two examples of the input and the required output. Each vehicle is taking me approximately 1 hour and I'm not very good at photoshop by comparison. So, I would safely say that if you budget 60 hours on the high-side, you can get this done.
The important thing to note is that I need a team to work on this, as I really need it done in the next two days MAX...(Faster is better). Output will be REQUIRED in the PSD file and should be maintained in layers. If you do well, I will have ongoing follow-up work to do!!! This will be a fixed rate project, as the requirements are very straightforward.
Due to the nature of this project, we require payment broken into 4 milestone, with $100 paid in the first milestone to start. You should quickly deliver 5 of the vehicles in the first batch for the milestone showing your ability to meet the requirements!
