Graphics design for packaging/gift box

We need to redesign 4 gift boxes for an existing baby clothing item, incorporating our logo and color theme. We need someone who has strong graphics skills, come up with a design (instead of waiting for our design), and have great communications skills. The deadline of project is asap (it was neede yesterday). We have small budgets, but will have continous work. The design we want is clean and upscale, not the childish/cartoon look. Due to tight timeline, we need someone who can work a lot and deliver the project asap. (so, if u are part-time and can only work here and there, this is not for you). Pls use illustrator and need high res file (since it is for printing). When submit bid, please include website of your portfolio for review.
