ideas/graphics for mobile main screen

Hello, we are searching for a nice looking main screen for our mobile app. Attached you find the current main screen. This is the main screen for an app that lists all the bars in the neighborhood. From the mainscreen you can choose beers to get a full list of all the beers. You can also chose bars to get a full list of the bars. The third button is a report button. Users can report pricechanges, comments about the app etc. At the top you find a view flipper where you can view the promotions of the day. You can swipe the viewflipper to go to the next/previous promotions. This is a small project that i fund for myself. Therefore the budget isn't that much. I have 20$ to spend for a nice looking graphics for my main screen. Please don't bother to bid 20$ if you are planning to raise your price in the future.
