Mixed-use development facility. I already have the design and just need it built.

The project is a drawing of a building I have envisioned to show prospective architects. It won’t necessarily be finalized drawing. Based on his expertise, there may be things there that may not be architecturally feasible, too costly and an easier route to go. I’m not looking to pay at an architect fee at this point, it’s astronomical. In the meantime I can present them with a drawing, they will then ask questions and then through our collaboration give me a general estimate of how much they would charge. I say all that for you to realize, the work you put in this will not be architectural engineering but a basic 3D drawing that will be modified based on future conversation with several architects. Rather than my attempting to explain to them how it should look I can show them with this drawing. Thank you!
