Need Scanning Mobile App To Build - Android & iOS

We need to build a mobile app (iOS & Android version) for - A. QR Code Scanner B. Scan a card picture and then do something funny thing on it. All details is given to the scope document. Please download that and read the scope properly. Also there is a rough sketch of the app. Please look to the Version 2 only from that sketch and ignore version 1 We also have a video from which you can have an idea of what you need to build for Functionality 2 You need to do exactly what this video shows up. The video is blurry but you can understand. Watch that from start to end carefully. To qualify you need to have us... #1. You need to send samples of previously completed apps with complex functionality and at least 1 screenshot of conversation with that client that you were mainly the one responsible for development of that project. More screenshots of client chat is the better. #2. After read out the scope document please write down what you understand that you need to do for this project. #3. You need to explain how you will make those functionality in a small paragraph of writing so that we can understand. You no need to explain us full code but an approximate scratch of an idea. You will be hired to create this app with Functionality #1 first and will get paid $400 total for building app with function #1 only. After our approval of good quality design and that app fully functions on both phones iOS and Android then you shall be permitted to continue to Functionality #2 We can not afford more than $1200 for this project in full (for Functionality 1 and Functionality 2). Only companies here need to apply who are interested to do this project. You need to have experienced developers in your team who are confident to build that. Apply only when you are ok with the budget and pretty confident to build this app. You need to have an ability to build both functionality. If you are not confident with both functionality then no need to apply.
