I need some Graphic Design for Trophies/Shields/Achievements for Subtitling company

We are Sublime a Subtitling & Translation Agency. I’m contacting you because we are searching for a designer to work on our project. As a subtitling and translation Agency translation we work with a lot of freelance translators and subtitlers. We want to offer to our collaborators a different point of view of the work and one way is sending them Trophies, Shields or Achievements each time they achieve some kind of job or volume of work. We would like to have 6-8 different categories and 6-8 different levels in each category. Each level under its category will have the same design with some modification (Colour, brightness, elements added). As an example, we would like to send a trophy once a collaborator accumulate his 10 first projects, then another one with 25 projects, 50 projects, 100 projects... Designs should be simple, young, fresh and, of course, awesome. ;) The total number of trophies should be 48-64 (6-8 new designs and 40-58 modifications).
