I'm seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to enhance a PDF document. The modifications include two key aspects: image editing and page rearrangement. Here's what I'm looking for in more detail: - **Image Editing:** - The existing images within the document need to be resized. This requires a keen eye for design to ensure that the resized images still complement the overall layout and aesthetic of the document. Currently, the document is 10MB, I would like the size of the file to be much smaller without compromising the pictures/graphics. - **Page Rearrangement:** - The current page flow isn't as engaging or logical as it could be. Therefore, I need someone who can reorganize the pages to improve readability and the overall flow of information.
