Tic-Tac-Toe logo design to print on shirts

I've designed a rough draft in three PowerPoint slides of a Tic-Tac-Toe grid showing chants of my favorite sports teams and the number 12, as well as chants from the three rivals of my favorite teams which are crossed out diagonally. I would like two or three different color versions of very personalized, fun, playful conversation starter logo that I want to print on a sweatshirt, polo and a t-shirt. want to have the options to print gold, gray and navy blue shirts so I used a dark gray color for the gold and navy blue background and a navy blue color for the gray background but I'm open to other ideas such as a gold logo to print on a blue shirt and a navy blue logo to print on the gold and gray shirts. I want the logo to have a transparent background so when its printed only the elements of the logo show up and not a white background behind the elements. The chants and the number 12 are what they are - they need to be fine tuned to the right proportion in each section of the tic-tac-toe grid. I'm usually a minimalist who likes symmetry but I realize I have nine different elements inside the grid so while the symmetry is possible, the minimalist may not be. You are welcome to change the fonts, colors, or treat each chant with a thin border, shadow, etc. just as long as it will have good contrast on a gray, gold or navy blue color shirt, and it's as minimalist as it can be. I would like the logos i JPG and PNG files so I can upload them and resize them proportioned to the area of the shirt I want to print on. Maybe I can see a draft before proceeding to finalizing?
